The Wind

The Wind

Ancient winds resurrect after their long slumber
Whistling past primordial structures
Engulfing wholly the words of Man, and
The cries of all nature
Gently guiding the waves of the majestic oceans
Waltzing with the limbs of the ageless methuselah
Gracefully lifting the wings of the gentle sparrow
Heralding in once again voices lost in time
Eerily cautioning of the forthcoming ides
Echoing whispers whose meaning is lost in the commotion
Listen carefully to the mysterious wind, and
Let it surround your ignorant being
Sit between the stalks of a mighty juniper, and
Let your spirit reconcile with the great Master.

Thank you,
Joseph Pede
