Deeper Than The Grave

Deeper than the Grave

One foot in and one foot out

The gravedigger’s shadow brings you to scream and shout

Each day you awake may be the last

Your next bed may be under the over-turned grass

Open your eyes before it is too late

Hell will be deeper than the grave if you hesitate

Make good all the sins that you can recall

Pray to God that He gifts them all to the Devil’s cabal

Keep your mind's eye wide open even when you sleep

Be a hero and take it upon yourself to warn the other lost sheep

Do not let fear take you on a day-dreamer's vacation

The awakening may result in an unholy reincarnation

Thank you,
