  According to Elections Canada, 67.15 percent of registered voters – equivalent to 19,155,470 individuals – cast ballots in the election. The share of votes is shown below:

Popular Vote Liberals             43.5% x 19,155,470 =   8,332,629  Ballots cast

                      Conservatives  41.4% x                     =  7,930,365

                      Bloc                    6.4%                        =  1,225,950

                      NDP                   6.3%                        =  1,206,795

                      Others                2.4%                        =     459,731

                      Difference between Liberals & Conservatives votes = 402,264

MATH does not lie, the Liberal Party Cabal does

Newest data by Elections Canada states that there are 28,525,638 eligible voters. This number is close to my earlier calculation of 28,576,000, based on Elections Canada data. Immigration Canada however states Canada has 27,527,000 eligible voters. The exact number of extra ballots attributable to voter fraud is 998,638 or (28,525,638 - 27,527,000). At the low end 998,638 x 67.15% fraudulent votes were cast or 670,585. Now compare this to the vote difference between the Liberals and Conservatives of 402,254.

It is apparent that Elections Canada DOES NOT verify its voter base against CRA records, for CRA makes it mandatory for all tax-filers to state their Citizenship status, nor does Elections Canada compare their database to Immigration Canada, which is the ministry responsible for managing Citizenship status.
