From exorcists to Akita, new calls for prayers and fasting cannot be ignored

From exorcists to Akita, new calls for prayers and fasting cannot be ignored

If you have not heard yet, four exorcists have called for a day of fasting, prayer and reparation on Friday, December 6 – a First Friday – also the feast of St. Nicholas. The reason, they say, is to engage in the spiritual battle against evil, particularly the evil of idolatry stemming from the controversy over the pachamama statues and prayers that were incorporated into events and rituals at the Pan-Amazon synod. Pachamama is a goddess worshipped by indigenous Andeans and is placed above Jesus, Mary and the saints.
“These events bring home the reality that we are in spiritual warfare and that warfare is happening within the Church itself,” stated the exorcists in a statement. “We are, therefore, encouraging all Catholics who recognize the evil of the events to join us in a day of prayer and penance on December 6, for the purpose of driving out any diabolic influence within the Church that has been gained as a result of these recent…and other…events.”
They are asking for the following:
  1. Say the Rosary;
  2. Take on some form of penance, such as fasting, abstinence and other forms of mortification;
  3. Offer prayers to the Sacred Heart, such as the Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus (see below);
  4. Other acts, such as attending a Holy Hour or Mass that day, offering them for this intention.
Many say this was an abominable act and one that breaks the First Commandment, and it was done by the Church itself.  EWTN’s Father Mitch Pacwa, S.J., condemned these actions as idolatrous, and called out the bishops conference of Italy for publishing a prayer to pachamama.  “Stop. You are talking about making an offering to a goddess.” He urged all Catholics to pray to the Virgin Mary to intercede for us and to wear the scapular of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, a symbol of putting on the yoke of Jesus Christ.
New Message from Akita
What has alarmed Catholics even more is a new message received by Sr. Agnes Sasagawa, the recipient of apparitions from Our Lady at Akita, Japan, in 1973, which are Church approved. On October 6, 2019, after 46 years, she received a new message from an angel who told her, “Put on sackcloth and pray a Rosary for repentance every day.”  October 6 was the first day of the Amazon synod.
Here is a recap of the 1973 messages of Our Lady of Akita:
July 6, 1973
“Many men in this world afflict the Lord. I desire souls to console Him to soften the anger of the Heavenly Father. I wish, with my Son, for souls who will repair by their suffering and their poverty for the sinners and ingrates.”
August 3, 1973
“In order that the world might know His anger, the Heavenly Father is preparing to inflict a great chastisement on all mankind. With my Son, I have intervened so many times to appease the wrath of the Father. I have prevented the coming of calamities by offering Him the sufferings of the Son on the Cross, His Precious Blood, and beloved souls who console Him forming a cohort of victim souls. Prayer, penance and courageous sacrifices can soften the Father’s anger. I desire this also from your community…that it love poverty, that it sanctify itself and pray in reparation for the ingratitude and outrages of so many men.
October 13, 1973 (anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima)
“As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one never seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests.
“The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres…churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.
“The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them”
The World Apostolate of Fatima asks you to participate in this special call on December 6 by offering extra prayers, fasting and penances in reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.  The National Blue Army Shrine will be offering the Rosary, Mass and prayers to the Sacred Heart for these intentions on Friday, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Prayer taught by Our Lady of Akita:
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, truly present in the Holy Eucharist, I consecrate my body and soul to be entirely one with Your Heart, being sacrificed at every instant on all the altars of the world and giving praise to the Father pleading for the coming of His Kingdom. Please receive this humble offering of myself. Use me as You will for the glory of the Father and the salvation of souls. Most holy Mother of God, never let me be separated from Your Divine Son. Please defend and protect me as Your special child. Amen.
Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Most sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before Your altar. We are Yours, and Yours we wish to be; but, to be more surely united with You, behold each one of us freely consecrates himself (herself) today to Your Most Sacred Heart. Many indeed have never known You; many too, despising Your precepts, have rejected You. Have mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Your Sacred Heart.
Be thou King, O Lord, not only of the faithful who have never forsaken You, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned You; grant that they may quickly return to their Father’s house lest they die of wretchedness and hunger. Be Thou King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and unity of faith, so that soon there may be but one flock and one Shepherd. Be Thou King of all those who are still involved in the darkness of idolatry or Islam and refuse not to draw them all into the light and kingdom of God. Turn Your eyes of mercy toward the children of that race, once Your chosen people. Of old, they called down upon themselves the blood of the Savior; may it now descend upon them a layer of redemption and of life.
Grant, O Lord, to Your Church assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give peace and order to all nations, and make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry: Praise to the Divine Heart that wrought our salvation; to It be glory and honor forever. Amen.  (Pope Pius XI)
