The video below is very informative. I have altered the script a little. Semyaza and Azazel are two distinct Fallen Angels. They fell to Earth in the pre-Adamic period. They cannot leave this plane as God created a Dome or Firmament around our "flat earth". That's what makes the Earth appear round. We know the dome as the Van Allen Belt. The Fallen Angels bred with every form of beast on Earth, as well as having experimented with the DNA of many creatures, creating a myriad of chimeric life forms.
The Reptilian form of Lucifer simply proves that he genetically modified his own angelic state into Reptilian form. His perception may have been that his own DNA manipulation would have garnered him greater power. Greater than that of God. It did not, it drove him and his followers mad. It is akin to the classic take of Jekyll and Hyde.
Semyaza (Lucifer) is still amongst us as is Azazel (Satan). Each of them harnessing Renfields (jews and Freemasons) to deploy technology, artificial intelligence, science and every form of evil in an attempt to destroy humankind. Semyaza will be successful in culling humanity, but not all of us. He and his followers CANNOT leave this plane of existence. They will suffer in Hell for all eternity. Hell is below "Rupes Nigra". Heaven and eternity exist beyond the Blue Ice walls of Antartica and above the Firmament, midst the plane of stars.
