WEF, Middle Powers & Corporatism
I don't know about you, but deciphering the chess game is getting a little more complicated. The architects of the WEF included Klaus Schwab, Henry Kissinger, Canadian Maurice Strong, Maurice Levy and other prominent individuals. Today we have Larry Fink as the dominant figure head. Fink and BlackRock appear to be a swing from the traditional governance of the WEF. Of note is that BlackRock, State Street and Vanguard, and their strategic interconnected investments, control a vast amount of the world's capital.
Combined, the Big 3 are institutional shareholders/investors in a high percentage of S&P 500 companies, having influence in 88–90% of them. Their aggregate voting power or stake in the S&P 500 as a whole is estimated to be around 20–25%. The Big 3 occasionally act as limited partners in Venture Capital funds, such as Sequoia or Andreessen Horowitz as well.
The WEF's Young Global Leaders Club, which included many of the G7s political leaders may have gone underground, or completely vanished. Of note, is that Mark Carney is still a member of the WEF Foundation Board (also known as the Board of Trustees), which is the organization's highest governing body responsible for overseeing its mission, strategy, and long-term direction. The WEF Foundation Board Board was likely the author of Carney's speech on "Middle Powers" - a direct attack on Donald Trump and American Hegemony.

The WEF's objective of ruling over the world has hit a road block - namely Donald Trump. As previously stated, the WEF does not like competition, nor are they fans of a divided world, especially when the deployment of the Monroe Doctrine creates an isolated and competing Western power.
Middle Powers are not secondary powers. They are the functioning cells of the WEF. Combined, these cells were to form one totalitarian governing body for the planet. Now the WEF, and their prophet Yuval Harari, must seek an alternate strategy to construct their dystopian technocracy, which likely included a partnership with China. Their strategy is active and most visible amongst British Commonwealth countries - enacting oppressive laws effecting basic freedoms (speech, religion and movement). This is the central aim of the "Middle Powers" - the creation of a Global Technocratic Communist World.
It's confusing, when you consider that Elon Musk has returned to the WEF. Musk was typically an outsider. Now he's making bold speeches on how Artificial Intelligence will cautiously compliment humanity.
WEF = Middle Powers = Carney (Liberal Party) = Global Technocratic Communism
Yuval Harari made reference to the "word" - be careful of Carney's inspired words, which are in fact, WEF shackles. For the moment, consider the WEF as the Walking Dead, seeking re-animation.
