the boogeyman is the ultimate Frankenstein
he is created in boardrooms and war-rooms
in some cases, the holy of holies
he is created just as daylight time subsides
just in time for the ultimate conflict
for he is the quintessential enemy
the boogeyman's rise and fall is always a mystery
but the ultimate boogeyman is the enemy within
the one who smiles and says everything is OK
the person that seeks your trust, and vote
those who benefit from the existence of the boogeyman they created
having you become the ultimate fool - the victim
rendering you the real boogeyman's booty
