The Cathedral of Notre Dame (Our Lady)

The Cathedral of Notre Dame (Our Lady)

Our Lady has presented herself many times throughout our history and more recently in Lourdes, Fatima and Medjugorje. Her apparitions presented simple children as messengers of prophetic warnings.  While Catholics and much of humanity mourns the destruction of the Cathedral of Notre Dame, I for one look for the message.

In my view, the cathedral, as a now amputated relic of antiquity, is very much reflective of the Christian faith. While citizens of the world are prepared to restore Notre Dame to her former glory, what will humankind do to restore their own battered souls.

Either we choose the fire of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, which reflects God’s Mercy, or we choose the fire of God’s Justice, which will tip the scales back, and fulfill the plan of the Immaculate Heart of Mary the hard way, as is so often the case with stubborn and cold hearted humanity, who had to see out World War II because many did not respond to Our Lady of Fatima.

When I travelled to France years ago I visited the cathedral. The one thing that immediately caught my eyes were the many "gargoyles". They frighteningly reminded me of the lonely soldier who stands at the foot of a cenotaph. An empty tomb, symbolic of our spiritual void.

The gargoyles not only protect the building from temperamental weather, by preventing water from dripping to close to the walls. they also provide the site with symbolic protection. Often frightening in some aspects, they represent monsters inspired by fantastic bestiaries, wild or domestic beasts, and even mankind. These monsters keep demons and evil forces away from the sacred walls that protect the community of churchgoers, by scaring them away. They also have a purifying role, since they digest unclean water and wastewater and keep it away from the walls.

Yesterday’s fire provided a warning to humanity that evil has visibly entered the House of God. We can theorize many reasons why the cathedral fell to fire, but I say choose the one that touches our heart - that the fire was a message from Heaven.

Briefly, and ominously, I thought this was the work of Macron’s failing political party. Could a planned monumental arson destabilize the yellow vest movement and reignite French patriotism? Perhaps.

The day of Pentecost is seven weeks after Easter Sunday - the fiftieth day after Easter inclusive of Easter Sunday. That day will be June 9, 2019 this year. In paintings of Pentecost, “flames” about the heads of the Apostles signified the presence of the Holy Ghost. They also signified the torments of Hell. Above all, Pentecost is the day Jesus endowed the Apostles with the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Our Lady, whose most current apparition appeared in the form of fiery stone and mortar, is once again sending us a message.

READ THE ARTICLES BELOW. What you read below is my view is the "work of the jew", for they are burning and vandalizing churches in Israel as well.

Thank you,
Joseph Pede

Catholic churches in France are being targeted with arson attacks, vandalism, desecration of holy statues, and the destruction of the Eucharist. The attacks have been happening since the beginning of the year.
The Church of St. Sulpice in Paris, where the Da Vinci Code was filmed, was set on fire just after midday mass on Sunday, The Parisien reports . Firefighters and police said the blaze was an arson attack.
In February, a 19th century statue of the Virgin Mary was smashed at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Houilles. The statue was "completely pulverized," Father Francois-Laurent Heart said . "It is irreparable." The church reported three incidents in 10 days, with a cross also thrown on the floor by vandals.
At Saint-Alain Cathedral in Lavaur, statues and crosses were smashed and an altar cloth was burned in February. A statue of Christ is one of the cross-hairs of Jesus, who was dabbing, The Depeche reports . Two teenagers were later arrested on the damage.
Meanwhile, the Notre Dame des Enfants church in Nimes was looted and vandals used human excrement to draw a cross on the wall in February. Consecrated hosts of unleavened bread, which Catholics believe is the body of Jesus Christ, were found scattered outside with rubbish.
Also in February, eucharistic hosts were stolen and scattered around Notre-Dame church in Dijon, with Father Emmanuel Pic denouncing the attack on the "heart of the Catholic faith."
"Nothing of value has been broken, but it's the intention that's very shocking," he told Bien Public.

POLICE: 875 FRENCH CATHOLIC CHURCHES DESECRATED IN 2018 ALONE
Despite this trend, MSM refuses to entertain possibility of Notre Dame blaze being intentional

Kelen McBreen | Infowars.com - APRIL 16, 2019

Feces smeared on walls, intentional fires and theft plague churches across France as police figures show 875 of the country’s 42,258 churches were vandalized in 2018.

As Infowars’ Paul Joseph Watson reported just hours before the Notre Dame Cathedral caught fire, “The number of anti-religious attacks against Jews and Christians in France continues to rise, while attacks against Muslims are at their lowest for 9 years.”

The church attacks have some politicians saying France’s Christian heritage being threatened by “militant secularists.”

“Every day, at least two churches are profaned,” Republican MP MP Valerie Boyer stated.

Meanwhile, according to Newsweek, some French officials say they “don’t know why” the churches have been targeted.

While the cause of the Notre Dame inferno is still unknown, one hypothesis is Islamic arson, but MSM is stopping anyone who dares mention this from speaking out.

For example, Fox News’ Shepard Smith and Neil Cavuto both cut off guests who alluded to the possibility of the fire being intentional.

A TIME Magazine columnist, Christopher J. Hale, claimed a worker at the cathedral told him the blaze was purposely started.

The media is also covering up the celebration of the cathedral’s destruction on social media, claiming Infowars lied about people reacting with smiley face emojis despite video evidence.

Will we ever get to the bottom of the tragic destruction of the 800-year-old historic site, or will political correctness stop a real investigation from taking place?

Although Islamic terrorism and threats against Christians are on the rise in Europe, the MSM appears ready to censor any opinions that the fire at Notre Dame may have been a terror attack.

Alex breaks down how even french officials are now questioning the true motives of this tragedy.

A 41-year-old Pakistani migrant will face trial after vandalising the Saint-Denis Basilica, the home of the tombs of many French Kings including Charles Martel.

The Pakistani origin male, who had arrived in France only two months ago, will stand trial in Bobigny next month, accused of causing serious damage to the main organ of the basilica as well as smashing stained glass windows in an apparent attack that took place in March, Le Parisien reports.
While in court for his initial hearing, the Pakistani, who does not speak any French, said through a translator: “I do not know how I am concerned with this case.”

When asked if he would like time to prepare his defence, he told the court he did not understand the French justice system.

According to the court, the man had already been accused of vandalism of property in February and that his DNA had been found in the basilica by investigators which led to his arrest.
The migrant claimed ignorance of the judicial process which forced the judge to question whether or not he was purposely trying to not understand what was occurring. As a result, the judge delayed the trial until May 10th and ordered a psychiatric evaluation of the Pakistani national.
When the incident occurred in March, the damage to the organ was said to be extensiveby Saadia Tamelikecht, head of the departmental unit of architecture and heritage of the heavily migrant-populated Seine-Saint-Denis suburbs.

The vandalism also came just over a year after the basilica was stormed by pro-migrant activists alongside illegal migrants to protest the French government’s reforms to asylum laws, with police having to forcibly remove them after around an hour of occupation.
Vandalism of churches across France has become a major issue, with nine churches across the country vandalised in just 11 days in February. Some of the damage had included thefts, while others featured grotesque acts such as the smearing of faeces on the walls of a church in Nîmes.

Just last month the second largest church in Paris was damaged by fire, which police have said was deliberately started. Dramatic images from the scene showed flames pouring out of a “massive” porch door and stained glass window, although fortunately the Paris Pompiers were able to put out the blaze before it spread to the rest of the building.
In the aftermath of the attack on the church, French right-wing leader Laurent Wauquiez hit out at the mainstream media for ignoring the story of church attacks in France, remarking that the amount of coverage the stories got was “tiny”, reports London’s The Times.
On Monday, another tragedy struck one of France’s most iconic cathedrals as the roof of the Notre-Dame cathedral caught fire, causing widespread damage to the building.
Firefighters said the blaze had been successfully extinguished Tuesday morning, but images coming from Paris show the extent of damage to the historic fabric of the building — both the total destruction of the Medieval wooden roof, but also the collapse of parts of the stone vaulted ceiling.
