Racism in Canada - It's all Bullshit

Racism in Canada - It's all Bullshit

Canadians, especially Quebecers, don't like false prophets who surreptitiously exploit the issue of racism. Colour has never been a factor when it comes to racism in Canada. European Whites and Asians were heavily marginalized during Canada's early immigration policies. Racism in the 1940's and 1950's Canada, and much earlier,  was so bad that it cannot be believed or properly explained. The racist attacks on Christian Caucasians and Asians made them eventually succeed and become the backbone of this country.

Blacks from the Caribbean and Native Indians are the ONLY victims of systemic and ongoing racism. Their struggles have been met with political treachery and an an opportunistic penal system. It can be described as modern day slavery. These two groups are the ONLY ones who can claim racism.

The notion that people of colour who have entered Canada in the past couple of decades are victims of a unique racism is absurd. These new Canadians have been welcomed with social programs, housing, jobs, financial support and an opportunity to succeed. Unfortunately some people don't know when to stop asking and start working.

I was quite impressed with Jagmeet Singh prior to the Justin Trudeau photos, but now that Singh has started with the crocodile tears, and the media has made racism a prime-time political event, I have no respect for Jagmeet. Singh has NO CLUE what racism is, even if he thinks he was a victim of racism.

Canada has many hurdles to overcome yet we are spending a lot of time on photos of Justin Trudeau in inappropriate attire. I call it a costume.

If my hunch is correct, Canada will reject Jagmeet Singh on voting day and swing to the Conservatives and the Greens. Canadians DO NOT appreciate grand-standers, especially when so many Caucasian seniors know what real racism is, and when Quebecers feel a special form of racism in Anglo-Canada.

Stop the bullshit and let's talk about what these political leaders will do for Canadians.

Thank you,
Joseph Pede
