Serge Monast was a Canadian investigative journalist, poet, essayist and conspiracy theorist. He is known to English-speaking readers mainly for the originating the conspiracy theory Project Blue Beam, which concerns an alleged plot to facilitate a totalitarian world government by destroying traditional religions and replacing them with a new-age belief system using NASA technology.
In 1995, he published his most detailed work, Les Protocoles de Toronto (6.6.6), modelled upon The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, wherein he said a Masonic group called "6.6.6" had, for twenty years, been gathering the world's powerful to establish the New World Order and control the minds of individuals.

In 1994. Serge Monast published Project Blue Beam (NASA), in which he detailed his claim that NASA, with the help of the United Nations, is attempting to implement a New Age religion with the antichrist at its head and start a New World Order, via a technologically simulated Second Coming of Christ.
The project has 4 steps.
Step 1.
Breaking down of all the archaeological knowledge by faking earthquakes
at precise locations around the planet.
Fake new discoveries will finally explain to all people the error of all fundamental religious doctrines – specifically Christian and Muslim doctrines.
Step 2.
Gigantic space show where in three-dimensional holographic laser projections will be beamed all over the planet. The projections will take shape of whatever deity is most predominant and will speak in all languages. At the end of the light show, all gods will merge into one god – the antichrist. Disillusion of social and religious order will set loose millions of programmed religious fanatics through demonic possession on a scale never witnessed before. United nations plans to use Beethoven’s Ode to Joy as the introduction to New Age one world religion.
Step 3.
Telepathic electronic two-way communication which involves making people think their god is speaking to them through telepathy, projected into the head of each person individually using extreme low frequency radio waves (ELF)

Making humanity think an alien invasion is about to occur at every major city.

Making the Christians think the rapture is about to happen

Mixture of electronic and supernatural forces allowing the supernatural forces to travel through fiber optics coax power and telephone lines to penetrate all electronic equipment and appliances, that will, by then, all have a special microchip installed. The goal of this deals with global Satanic ghosts projected all around the world in order to push all populations to the edge of hysteria and madness, to drown them into a wave of suicide, murder and permanent psychological disorders. After the Night of the Thousand Stars, worldwide populations will be ready for the new messiah to re-establish order and peace at any cost, even at the cost of abdication of freedom. Then chaos will break out and people will finally be willing, perhaps even desperate to accept the new world order. All people will be required to take an oath to lucifer with a ritual initiation to enter the new world order.

1. Christian children - will be kept for human sacrifice as sexual slaves
2. Prisoners - to be used in medical experiments

Few in the West have noticed and those that have don’t fully understand Russia’s anxiety about the re-assessment of widely held and long accepted views of Russian-Ukrainian culture, history, and spirituality.
According to Fr. Ryabykh, “Ukraine was always considered the cradle of Russian civilization, and Moscow and St. Petersburg were considered the successors of Kiev [sic].”
Forgotten by Russian Orthodoxy then and now is when Satan offered Jesus power, control, and influence over the world.
Lucifer took Jesus “up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed” Jesus “all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to” Jesus, “All these things I will give you if you will fall down and worship me.”
“Away with you, Satan!” Jesus said, “For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God,’ ” and only the Creator “will be served” (Matthew 4:11).
The Russian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate seems to have accepted Satan’s invitation. It attempts to make Ukraine one of its secular kingdoms.
