Immigration, Compounds and Nimrod
My basic belief is that people of varying cultures want to live and die on the soil in which they were born. That soil is saturated with the blood, sweat, tears, flesh and bones of their ancestors. Time has allowed their physiology to adapt to the environment and Mother Nature has welcomed them. They are in symbiotic harmony.
In Genesis we hear the Lord say, "Look, they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do; nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language there, so that they will not understand one another's speech." So the LORD scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city. Therefore it was called Babel, because there the LORD confused (balal) the language of all the earth, and from there the LORD scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.
God not only had a hand in the creation of Humankind, but so to where humans were to be situated and how they would communicate with one another. God was in essence the first immigration strategist. He allowed each distinct people to diversify, survive in their own surroundings, develop their own language and learn about life in their own very specific way - generally by trial and error. Their culture consisted of varying foods, clothing, music, skills, language, customs, and religions. With the passage of time they forgot they were all worshipping the same God. Eventually, they found a reason to create war, because one tribe wanted more geography or disliked the God of their neighbour. In some cases, the neighbour(s) had something they wanted - rather than barter they stole and killed.
Humans have come a long way. We have become science addicts in the process. Science has taught us how to mix and combine elements, and how to create different chemical and solid compounds. One thing is certain. By mixing and combining elements we have created an unwanted level of toxicity. Fusing two or more elements together creates something new and better, but it also creates dangerous by-products. This may be a manner in which to assess modern day immigration. The mixing of varying cultures presents uncertainty and violates the laws of God, or at least what He had intended for humanity. Splitting the atomic structure of specific elements can also have devastating outcomes.
I believe brotherhood amongst nations was God's original plan for humanity. Unfortunately, ego and exceptionalism have destroyed that concept. As time progressed we found ways of mixing humanity, via exploration, colonialism, slavery, war and immigration. The strong found ways of disrupting those who were weak, special interests found a way of unsettling those who had found comfort in their homeland and the search for 'toxic compounds" fueled human greed and contaminated the once rich soil and water.
Those who manipulate and steal other people's homes are demons, because they never had a place to call home. They continue to seek the construction of Babel. They pursue being gods on Earth. Whatever humans needed to survive and thrive God provided in its most simplest form.

P.S. Please consider this. For centuries the pigeon was at the center of Humanity's communication hub. Today we have the internet. The pigeon was our friend, the internet is not. Today the pigeon is considered a nuisance, much like a politician.
