The man pictured in the shadows did not start a world war. Think in terms of Technocracy, Zionism, Deep State, Bourgeoisie, Military Industrial Complex, Aristocracy, Papacy, Freemasonry, Monarchy, because they are the ones who stir the consequences of time. They may have had different monikers but their fingerprints have never changed. One man cannot bring the world to war, but the powerful few can bring that one man to account by enraging the world. Humans are conjoined by divinity and torn apart by lies.
Is it not odd that we can kill each other without a second thought and leave behind those who implanted the thought to continue doing what they have always done.

We've been there before
The dead don't remember and the living forget
God did not place you in chains, you did that to yourself
Only you can stop the rain
