what do you follow

what do you follow

is it your heart, or is it the fantasy

are you living life

or manipulated by the imperceptible  

do you know how to separate fact from fiction

or are you transfixed by artificiality

are you part of the problem

or part of someone else’s nefarious solution

do you easily compromise self

by eliminating what you know to be right

are you unintentionally positioned inside a crowd

or do you stand apart from the herd

liberating self from life requires reflection

for life exists outside the illusion of reality

matter is not a matter of fact

for matter does not thrive in darkness

it awaits liberation from invisibility
