Telos & AGI

While proponents of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) attempt to convince us that existence will become easier, I do not believe that to be the case. While AGI can certainly make our lives more comfortable and increase the speed at which outcomes can be achieved, it will not assist in the development of the human psyche. Artificially augmenting a spiritual being is not technologically possible, nor can we overcome the natural constraints of this dimension/plane/density.

In listening to Chris Langan, I was made aware of the word Telos. The word means purpose, goal or a final end.  According to Aristotle, everything has a purpose or final end. If we must understand something, we must understand it in terms of its end. AGI purports to prolong the end, but with no special purpose in mind.

Telos also reminded me of the Argonaut journey and the Titan named Talos. Talos was commissioned by Zeus and constructed by Hephaestus, the god of blacksmithing. Talos resided on the island of Crete and was made protector and guardian of the gods’ riches. While Talos was destroyed by Jason, the riches remained on Crete.

Then the idea of Telomere came to mind. Telomeres protect the end of chromosomes from becoming tangled. Each time a cell divides the telomere becomes shorter. Eventually the telomere becomes so short that the cell can no longer divide. Telomeres play a key role in the fate of a cell and ultimately human aging. In essence, they influence the life span of human. I’m convinced that the Covid vaccines directly impacted the health of human telomeres.

Apart from ancient lore and science, gravity impacts human aging as well. Doing away with the Earth’s gravitational field would not be an easy task.

The question I have for those who promote Satan’s Matrix is the following, what is gained in prolonging human life. In the post-diluvian world we saw God shorten human life by at least eight to ten-fold. The human odyssey was likely shortened to hasten our journey to enlightenment. It appears we have failed in that quest as well. In essence we have become as Talos, only protecting something that does not belong to us - physical eternity.

We can’t predict the future, for the future is not static, but external forces can condition the psyche for an expected outcome. No one can save the world from anything because creation manifests outside the will of Man. Man is a subset of everything we know, not a random exclusion outside the natural order.

Thank you,
Joseph Pede

The Singularity: A New Epoch for Humanity. At the core of Kurzweil’s vision lies the concept of the Singularity, a moment when AI surpasses human intelligence and irrevocably alters the trajectory of civilization. He projects that this transformative milestone will occur by 2045, but significant advancements will begin reshaping the world as early as the 2030s.
