I thought it appropriate to discuss the Number 23 since the Ontario Provincial Budget will be announced on March 23, 2023. There are a lot of 23s in this date, but what does the number 23 mean in the mystical, magical, religious, veiled and occult world?
Rather than go into lengthy detail I will provide you a brief synopsis of the Number 23.
Bishop James Ussher set a Date for Creation. The chronology first appeared in The Annals of the Old Testament, a monumental work first published in London Rome ’s destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem
The date forever tied to Bishop Ussher appears in the first paragraph of the first page of The Annals. Ussher wrote: “In the beginning, God created heaven and earth, which beginning of time, according to this chronology, occurred at the beginning of the night which preceded the Sunday 23rd of October in the year 710 of the Julian period.” In the right margin of the page, Ussher computes the date in “Christian” time as 4004 B.C.
Ussher has been recognized as the foremost authority on the Creation Timeline.
There are many references to the number 23 in religious texts. In the Bible, there are 23 chapters in the Book of Revelations. This book is often associated with apocalyptic prophecies and endings. I'll conjecture as to the date of the end of the world in the final paragraph of this email.
The Jewish Star of David is not originally from Judaism, but from Babylonian Witchcraft . If we take two of the three-sided triangles and inversely lay them on top of one another we get, what you know as the Star of David (2 x 3). Perhaps even the Mercaba.
The Number 23 is also the "only" sequential prime number.
In the human body, chromosomes come in pairs. Normally, each cell in the human body has 23 pairs of chromosomes. Half come from the mother; the other half come from the father. Two of the chromosomes (the X and the Y chromosome) determine your sex as male or female when you are born.
Then we have the Karmic Code and the "Laws of Five" (2 + 3 = 5)
We have the Five Elements - Water, Wind, Fire, Water and the Aether (aka Orgone)
Discordianism is a religion, philosophy, or paradigm centered on Eris, also known as Discordia, the Goddess of strife and discord (much of what we are experiencing today). Discordianism is centered on the idea that both order and disorder are illusions imposed on the universe by the human nervous system, and that neither of these illusions of apparent order and disorder is any more accurate or objectively true than the other. The "five-fingered hand of Eris" is one of several symbols used in Discordianism.
The Karmic Code focuses on the Sanskrit symbol 
Thousands of years ago Karma meant “The energy of our thoughts become reality.”
This is how The Apostle Thomas explained this same principle. An outpost of Christianity, known as St Catherine's Monastery, holds and unveils the TRUE Book/Gospel of Thomas and the manner in which God instructed His faithful to pray. This is how the world will undo the "work & will" of Satan and his disciples. The full text has been deleted from the modern bible. When one asks, what can I do, the answer is to pray. Prayer subliminally communicates your intention throughout the holographic universe. When praying one must contemplate the answer to prayer as having already been received.
“Is there a way to change the “Filter” in our brains so that thoughts become reality?” “The answer is yes.”
The “Filter” is in the oldest, and lowest part of our brain, the brainstem. There is a very specific frequency that is able to reach the part of the brain where the “Filter” is located. This specific frequency is 555 hz, combined with Theta waves. “Karma” is a power that just needs to be switched on. These 5 Key Human Needs are based on the ancient Sanskrit teachings of Karma. 1. Money and abundance 2. Health and vibrancy 3. Love and connection 4. Success and purpose 5. Spiritual Development.
But when is the "End of the World". We know from Bishop Ussher that God created the world on October 23, 4004 BC. We will include a constraint found in Hebrew teachings which states that each creation cycle lasts 6,000 years.
Using mathematics -4,004 + 6,000 = 1,996. We must add one for the year "0" (i.e. ...-2, -1, 0, 1, 2.....). Therefore, 1,996 + 1 = 1,997
Finally, we must now add the years in which Jesus lived upon the Earth. This is a time when His Divinity stopped time. Therefore add 1,997 and 33. The End of the World occurs in the year 2030, and the exact date is October 23, 2030.
If we remove the zeros from 2030 we get the Number 23. This year coincides with U.N. Agenda 2030.

On December 21, 2012 (3 3, 2 3) the Mayan Calendar ended and we moved into the Age of Aquarius.
If we take the year 12, plus the times of 12 and half the time of 12/2, we arrive at the number 30 as well (i.e. the year 2030).
