a cunning hand is like a serpent's tongue
the hand
have you thought of the hand
it holds limitless power
the inner hieroglyphs have meaning
your mission etched upon the flesh
the hand comforts the heart
provides solace for the inner soul
it extends warmth and love to anyone
including the self
yet it can project violence
commit great atrocities
the hand can direct the entire body
it can communicate
it can eat and work at the same time
it can also heal
Jesus' hand healed the sick
gave life to the dead
the hand is a satellite arm to heaven
dispatching the Holy Ghost
via secret telepathy
the hand is master of prayer
the ladle of life
yet subservient to the tongue
thank you,
joseph pede
