The Lord is a Lover of Music
The Lord is a lover of music and of words that are sung. Creation was His master opus, a symphony of light spoken into the void, while Jesus’ favorite opera was scripted in the sacred poetry of David’s psalms. Played upon the kinnor, a lyre of ancient secrets, the unison of human fingers and taut chords bridging heaven and earth.
This eternal rhythm echoes throughout time. It drives Beethoven’s piano keys, with the mysterious Fifth Symphony aligning ivory with the golden ratio and the mathematical patterns of the universe. It soars through the soaring heartbreak of Puccini’s greatest aria, whispering a truth the cosmos already knows - "His name is Love". Music is the universal language, the holy resonance, the very clef of the soul.
You are much more than flesh and bone, you are song, sung by the tenor of the Universe.
