Controlled change, in fact controlled chaos, is an excellent way of implementing minor or major paradigm shifts. When working in the private sector, I remember how my management team would always fight progressive and innovative new ideas. They always argued that the implementation timeline was far too short, that we lacked the necessary resources, and that the idea was far too large for the times. Often times they questioned whether they had the capacity to carry out such change.
Having managed people in the private sector for many decades, i found that most managers rose to the occasion for one simple reason, they wanted to keep their jobs. Change made them better decision makers, better managers and ultimately provided them more monetary benefits.
The private sector required one to be forward-thinking and one had to find innovative ways of serving the customer and maintaining a successful business. Everything we implemented had to be completely transparent for the customer, even if chaos was rampant in the background. Change always found a way of resolving itself, and made managers and team players much more effective. Achieving new heights in customer satisfaction meant a better bottom line, and a happy customer. They were the ultimate goal.
So what has Covid-19 meant for government leaders and their army of idiotic public servants? The absolutely lazy pubic service is being PAID and praised to stay home (to do nothing), while the public (better known as customers by the private sector) are struggling to make ends meat, trying to cope with computer learning for their kids because they themselves may be computer illiterate, and dealing with increased stress levels. All the while making minimum wage via E.I. payments, or nothing at all if they were working in the cash sector. So much for looking after the customer.
This planned globalist simulation in chaos theory is failing because people like me know the events of Covid-19 are a fraud, and people such as yourselves must pay the price for this fraud.
There has never been a better opportunity to issue class action lawsuits against all levels of government, public sector unions, school boards and the host of other unions who are acting in collusion with our government officials to enrich public sector employees. All these payments to idle public servants serve only to increase public debt at a much faster pace than necessary.
Put those public sector jackasses to work and make them clean our streets, parks, hospitals, eldercare homes, empty schools etc at the very least. Get them to cut the grass and clean the front and rear yards of seniors. I have NO SYMPATHY for lazy useless fools who are hired under the auspices of nepotism and fraternity. Whose credentials serve only to infuriate graduates who have worked their asses off, acquired debt to get an education, and then work at McDonalds because they have no contacts.
Thank you,
